How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up and select the Growth plan, you automatically get a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You'll have full access to all Growth features including AI Insights and Ask AI. After the trial, contact our sales team to continue with a paid subscription.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade between Starter and Growth at any time. Contact our sales team at sales@testrelic.ai and changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
The Growth plan adds AI capabilities (AI Insights and Ask AI with 1,000,000 tokens/month), doubles your storage to 1 GB, and extends data retention to 30 days. Starter is a great fit for teams focused on core test infrastructure; Growth is ideal for teams that want AI-powered failure triage and remediation.
What counts toward storage?
Storage is measured by the total size of test logs, traces, and metadata you upload to TestRelic. Starter includes 500 MB and Growth includes 1 GB.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Billing is managed by our sales team — reach out to sales@testrelic.ai to set up payment.
Is there a long-term contract required?
No, all plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel at any time by contacting our sales team.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained according to your plan's retention period after cancellation. You can request a data export within 30 days. Outstanding fees remain due.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Growth plan. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.
